We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return any item purchased on our Website within 7 days providing that it is unused and in it's original packaging.

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@rughouse.co.uk  within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.

Note: We will refund the cost of the actual rug only.Consumers will be responsable for any return delivery charges.

Delivery Information

Free UK Mainland Delivery
We deliver free to most of the UK Mainland. Your rug will be carefully packaged in a sealed plastic wrapper and handled from our warehouse to your door by our professional couriers. Whilst you should allow up to four weeks for delivery, we do try to ensure all deliveries are made as quickly as possible (usually within 14 working days).


Please also note that all prices on our Website include delivery so no more costs will be added.( mainland uk only )

The prices stated on our Website are for UK mainland customers only.If you live anywhere outside U.K mainland please e-mail  us at orders@rughouse.co.uk with your location and order details and we will quote you a delivery price.
